By accessing and using SnapShow (the "Mini Program" or "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Mini Program.

SnapShow is operated by HONG KONG JUZHUN INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED ("we," "our," or "the Company") and is made available through the TikTok Mini Program platform.

2. Description of Service

SnapShow provides interactive content, creative tools, and related features within the TikTok Mini Program environment. Features may include browsing, creating, viewing, sharing, and interacting with content available in the Mini Program.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service
• You must comply with TikTok's platform rules and applicable laws
• You are responsible for activity under your TikTok account while using SnapShow
• You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Account and Access

Access to SnapShow may rely on your TikTok account and TikTok Mini Program authorization. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when requested
• Keep your TikTok account secure and confidential
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of the Service through your account
• Not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or technical restrictions

4. User Content and Conduct

If you create, upload, submit, or share content through SnapShow, you retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process such content as needed to operate the Service.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Collect or store personal data about other users without authorization
• Post content that is illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited by TikTok policies

5. Intellectual Property

The SnapShow name, branding, interface, software, and related materials are owned by HONG KONG JUZHUN INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our Service except as expressly permitted.

6. Third-Party Services and Platform Rules

SnapShow runs on TikTok's Mini Program platform and may integrate with TikTok services or other third-party providers. Your use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's terms and policies. We are not responsible for TikTok platform availability, account actions taken by TikTok, or third-party services outside our control.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapShow and the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe your conduct violates these Terms, harms other users or the Company, or otherwise creates risk. You may stop using the Mini Program at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
